Let’s face it, we can’t miss the MVP of a healthy diet. Greek Yogurt likely deserves a post on its own but here are some basic facts about it. Most likely brought to you by FAGE and NOYNOY, this ancient invention is a thicker type of classic yogurt since the process includes straining off whey and remaining liquids.

It is extremely versatile: we usually enjoy it with honey, almonds, walnuts or seasonal fruit. You can have it as a base for delicious smoothies, oat bowls and granola or use it for savory dips – it is the base of our famous garlic-y tzatziki but you can get creative with it. You can even use it to make ice cream!

A crunchy, sweet Greek snack that packs a punch of energy brought to you by Jannis. Made from toasted sesame seeds and honey, this traditional bar offers a perfect balance of nutty and sweet flavors. Chocolate by ION: A rich and creamy chocolate bar, often available in milk, dark, and even unique. Our favorite one has to be the almond version. Or you could try Chocofreta, delicious chocolate wafer bar that’s crispy on the inside and covered with milk chocolate on the outside.

Pavlidis chocolate bar: a smooth, rich Greek treat made with high-quality cocoa that melts in your mouth. Packed in an iconic blue color, this has been our best, most famous dark chocolate bar for decades.

Caprice Wafer Rolls: For us, they bear the taste of Greek childhood – you can’t only have one. These crispy wafer rolls filled with cocoa and hazelnut cream melt in your mouth. For a cool treat, pop them in the freezer during summer!

7-Days tsoureki classic: It’s a traditional sweet bread, known for its rich, buttery flavor and soft, fluffy texture. Enjoy with some Nutella on top or in our case our unbeatable Merenda chocolate spread.

Lays or Tsakiris Oregano Chips: Classic, crispy chips with a burst of Mediterranean oregano flavor. If you have them once you’ll look for them forever. Always packed in green.

Soft drinks

Our versions of soft drinks stand out for being healthier, made with real fruit juice, fresh materials and minimal additives. Loux comes in small bottles that contain a burst of freshness. Their top versions are orangade, non carbonated orangade (packed in blue), lemonade and sour cherry soda. Epsa on the other hand stands out for more sour, carbonated taste and is packed exclusively in glass bottles. Top versions include orangade, lemonade as well as pink lemonade.

Coffee anyone?
